What is stopping you from success?

Updated: Aug 23, 2021

I honestly think that there is only one reason why people fail, it is known by different names, their mindset, worldview, attitude, paradigm, etc. At the end of the day to me it seems like the same thing, so why is it that this stops us from success. I will give you my thoughts on it, but I highly suggest you read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey if you want a more in depth explanation. Lets begin, we are human beings and because of that we have the power to choose. Now what if we choose incorrectly, well that my friends is the reason why we fail. Our preferences, beliefs, likes, dislikes, and everything we use to make decisions can be the reasons why we failed and the only one that can change it is you. Let me use an example, let's say you believe that you are always right and because of that you are always acting superior to everyone even when you are wrong. Well wait? I am always right, how can I be wrong? That kind of attitude and/or perspective could be your demise. If a person is actually right and is trying to help you, but because of your attitude you end up pushing that person away it will affect you at the end. Especially if you do it over and over again. Sometimes it is extremely hard to change your mindset and the only way I could see someone changing their perspective is by either reading, seeking help, and experiencing life. Most of the time we make decisions without actually knowing how we make them, but if we were to inform ourselves on the best approach before we make them it would make a huge difference. It could lead to your success. What I like about personal development and finding the right mindset is that it gives you a more fulfilling life. It makes you confident, happy, wise, humble, more attractive, it changes you in a good way. Let me share a quote that I live by with you all, it goes like this, “In my walks, every man I meet is my superior in some way, and in that I learn from him.”, (Ralph Waldo Emerson). Don't close your mind, keep it open to newer ideas, and I promise that your life will turn around.

Anyways guys, I hope that you all learn something today, I wish you all the best.

Until next time!
